Thingamapets are designed easy enough for kids and parents to operate. Still, every once in awhile a question or two comes up and we would like to try and help you as quickly as possible. Please read through this area for the fastest help! Thank you!
Common Help Questions!
1.Is the screw to my battery case stripped? It won’t stop spinning.
Thingamapets has put a newer and more costly designed screw into the battery box. It feels like it is stripped or wont stop turning. In reality, it functions so as to NOT strip the battery box. If you try to lift your battery case cover off, you will notice that it will not come off. This is a nice Hex Screw design to prevent the cover screw from stripping out!
2.I lost my directions. Where can I get another copy?

3.Can I load my own MP3’s?
Yes! If you have I-tunes, you can convert your own CD library. Make sure that the files are in an MP3 format when converting. We suggest 128k as a good conversion rate for your ThingamaPet.
4.My ThingamaPet does not seem to turn on, what’s wrong?
All ThingamaPets are tested and confirmed in proper working order before shipping. We have found that on the rare occasion that when our consumers have a unit that appears not to work, it is instead, usually related to battery issues.

Please try the following solutions first.
-- Please insert a fresh set of quality alkaline batteries.
-- Make sure the batteries are “Firmly” seated and pressed into the battery pack.
-- -- Make sure the battery pack on switch is in the “On” position.
-- Press and hold the Power button on your pets paw, till the heart lights up! |
